About a Useless Dumpling

I am spending the 7 months traveling around the world. Here is where I shall try to keep for myself and anyone else curious up to date. The title of this site comes from a nickname I got while doing nothing and avoiding work. I had just as much agency as a dumpling in a bowl of broth. Aside from the unavoidable “abroth” pun I hope to not sit and do nothing like a useless dumpling rather go and adventure! But if I fail at least I’ll have some incredible surroundings to do nothing in!

I am spending 6 weeks in Buenos Aires living with Bibi a 70 year old woman in her apartment. I am studying spanish and spending time in a biochemical lab trying to do science.

I am traveling with a tiny stuffed elephant named Salvador. He is very excited to try dumplings from all over the world
